Talk Like a Pirate Day training video #1

I'm experimenting with posting about videos - can't do it from MySpace, which is disappointing because I would have included Weird Al's White and Nerdy, but perhaps YouTube will be friendlier.



Unfortunately YouTube appears to be having trouble accessing my blogger details to set up my blog at YouTube... so I wonder whether I can just post the embed script by email?

    Hi There- Try pasting the code in for your YouTube video from the EDIT HTML tab within Blogger's add post screen. It looks like you may have done it from the COMPOSE tab and that's why it's only displaying the HTML. :)

    Of course that was it ... as soon as I read your comment I thought "of course, haven't I discovered that before? ... maybe with the How girly are you blogthing ...".

    I don't know why it didn't occur to me this time.

    Thanks again... for taking the time to comment and help me out - you've so many blogs you must be watching, I'm rather chuffed that you've stopped by mine.

ABOUT COMMENTING HERE:
1. You can use some HTML tags, such as <b>, <i>, <a>

2. Apparently blogspot requires that we allow third party cookies for the darn feature to work. Sorry, nothing I can do about it - Google will lead you to instructions.

3. I don't generally post on contentious issues so I don't expect problems.
However, I will delete comments I consider:
disrespectful, destructive, irrelevant or SPAM, (even sucking up: praising my post without reason while linking to a business site).
